Hi, I’m HOLLY CORBID! I’m a professional PHOTO MANAGER, an ORGANIZATION GEEK, and a firm believer that PHOTOS BUILD RELATIONSHIPS.
I live in beautiful Stillwater, Minnesota, with my husband. We have 3 mostly adult kids who at a young age learned patience and an appreciation for mom’s desire to ‘CAPTURE the MOMENT’. Even their friends knew that about me. I always felt pretty cool when I’d see pictures I took on their friends’ social.
I grew up in Watertown, South Dakota. I have always loved photos, but my real passion for preserving them didn’t fully hit until the digital age—when I found myself working through my own chaos.
It was then that I realized something powerful: PHOTOS AREN’T JUST PICTURES - THEY’RE CONNECTIONS. Seeing how photos have touched the hearts of the people I love is what truly fueled my passion for helping others organize and protect their memories.
I’m a PRACTICAL GIRL who believes in SIMPLE, EASY-TO-USE solutions. I spent 15 years in the corporate world before starting my journey in the photo business in 2010. By 2014, I had officially branded Capture Your Photos and fell in love with helping families ORGANIZE, PRESERVE, and SHARE their STORIES.
Whether I’m doing a project for a client, or coaching them how to do it, MY GOAL is always to make photo management feel MANAGEABLE, MEANINGFUL, and even FUN!
